As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our social channels, support channels, fostering engagement, and facilitating internal team support and communications. Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor Adfy AI's social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and messages across all social and support channels with professionalism and empathy.
• Engage with our community by initiating and participating in conversations, addressing concerns, and providing assistance where needed.
• Work closely with the Customer Support team to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely resolution of issues.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Adfy AI's products and services to effectively assist users and provide accurate information.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms to promote brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive traffic to our website.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance our community support strategies.
• Facilitate internal team support and communications, including organizing team meetings, disseminating important information, and providing assistance with internal tools and systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Previous experience in community management, customer support, or a related role preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
